Since January 1, 2024, it is only allowed to sell e-liquids with tobacco flavor only in the Netherlands.
This flavor is composed based on a fixed list of 16 flavorings approved by the RIVM. Other flavors, such as fruit, menthol, or desserts, are prohibited.
